Working with Emotional Conditions

Holistic sessions or units within a session can support healing from injuries and other conditions like chronic back pain, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, teeth grinding, anxiety, and other painful conditions.

This approach looks at each person as a whole with a unique life story, individual strengths and resources. Every individual has a unique body structure and with that, unique requirements in order to heal. Chronic pain caused by the stress of everyday life is not uncommon: in addition to the issues already mentioned, musculoskeletal tension or even tension headaches among a lot of other physical discomfort often occur, affecting our daily routines and well-being. The body-based approach of Somatic Learning tries to localize and remedy the physical pain points. Among other things, gentle pressure and massage techniques may be used. In addition to physical and holistic approaches to work, there are a variety of other guiding ideas and possibilities that can be incorporated. Here I orient myself to my clients and see what needs they bring with them. Consultations on nutrition, for example, are also part of my range of services, when they are needed. While the holistic approach is one main field of Somatic Learning, the Somatic Approach is the other one and completes the application fields.
