Fluentbody Retreat in Portugal

Six days of FLUENTBODY in a nourishing rural environment between hills and the sea, close to the warm costs of Algarve, Portugal. In this intensive workshop we will take a journey through movement, dance, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level.

A one -on-one session aims to help you to break through barriers and tap into your own unique sense of strenght and purpose, in order to take a life changing steps towards accompleshing your goals.

VINHA VELHA For many years this place has been attracting groups & families from several countries. At the moment there are 20 people from different social and cultural backgrounds living here. Some of them are staff, working on the farm others are long term tenants that work outside in other areas.

The inhabitants of Vinha Velha share values such as sustainability, diversity and responsibility towards the environment. We live in close neighborhood but everybody apreciates their own privacy and individual life-style.

For our guests there is the opportunity to stop in our Cafe Quinta with a small library and internet access, open from Tuesday to Saturday. Here you can get our farm products, vegetables, eggs and the homemade, yoghurt, fresh cheese and bread made by Margit. On the cozy outside terrace residents, guests and the children come together.
